Question

Is there any way to logout of twiki?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x00x02
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: SuSE Linux 9.3
Web server: Apache
Perl version: Perl 5.8
Client OS: SuSE Linux
Web Browser: Firefox
Categories: Authentication

You need to select a LoginManager to enable login and logout. You can do this through the configure script, under "Security" in the authentication section. TemplateLogin is probably the easiest login manager to try if you have the CGI::Session Perl module installed.

FYI, on TWiki.org we are currently using ApacheLogin manager, e.g. you need to restart the browser to logout.

There is no way to add a "logout" link or a link to login as another user with ApacheLogin ?

No, the browsers need to support this. Firefox allows to log off (Extras / private data), I don't know about other browsers.
