Question

  • TWiki version: Dec 2001
  • Perl version:
  • Web server & version:
  • Server OS:
  • Web browser & version:
  • Client OS:

All users must be authenticated to access ou TWiki. For internal users, our TWiki is mainly opened. But for some occasional external users I want to work the other way : restricting the whole TWiki but some particular webs. I would like to avoid using DENYWEBACCESS in each web I want to restrict, instead I would prefer to set something like a DENYWEBACCESS or DENYTWIKIACCESS in TWiki.TWikiPreferences and allow access specifically in particular webs.

I know groups could be of help, but I would prefer not having to maintain them.

Any chance I can set TWiki wide access rules in TWiki.TWikiPreferences ?
