SID-00849: 8859-2 and missing characters

Would be possible to add something in the translation table for 8859-2 code? Some characters like:

Alt+177 plus-minus sign

Alt+0137 per mille

Alt+0151 long hyphen

probably does not have a value assigned and they cause the destroing of the text in Wysiwyg editor. This is why the wysiwyg is useless for the practical work (somebody use Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V and the work is ruined).

If this characters would have assigned e.g. space or dot sign then the troubles stay negligible.
