Previous question:
http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Support/SID-01974
But twiki was upgraded to 6.0.0.
Now, in a topic which uses
FormPlugin and
SendEmailPlugin (installed, configured and enabled), clicking on Send button we get (always) this on the browser:
Not Found
The requested URL /Twiki/bin/sendemail/GREATITNFC/RegistrationFormITNFinal?twiki_redirect_cache=bdb777505be8c26cf996fefb8c52b0f3 was not found on this server.
Tried to enable debug mode but nothing was written on it when the error occurs.
We just see this on web server log files:
view: Use of uninitialized value in lc at (path_to_twiki)/lib/TWiki/Plugins/FormPlugin.pm line 342., referer: (path_to_form_topic)
What can we do/check?

Discussion and Answer
I've read documentation about
TWikiCacheAddOn [http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Plugins/TWikiCacheAddOn](as it seems at least one of the plugins is looking for it), but cannot be installed (replacing view script by the plugin one make all topic view fail). It may have been developed for a quite old version of TWiki (it was developed at 2003).
Can anyone help me or tell me any clue about what to do?
