This listing does not say if the topics where informative. We should use a form with "Was this topic helpful" question to be able to rank viewed pages.

If implemented as plugin it would be quite the same as TagMePlugin, but with only 2 'tags': yes and no.

I think that now these FAQs are on the front page they remain the most often read simply because they are there. I do not find these questions very frequent. I will start adding some of the really frequently asked questions as generic FAQ topics one at a time.
