Warnigns:
Warning: Perl CGI version 3.11 or higher is recommended to avoid problems with mod_perl.
Errors:
Error: The CGI::Session Perl module is required for session support, but is not available.
Ist it possible to install CGI:Session Perl module if i don't have access to the Webserver (my hostingprovider doesn't allows this.
I read about CPAN but don't understand how and if that makes it possible.
Can anybody help me ?

EMWD has a good plan, support for twiki, & are flexible about stuff in case you plan on chaning your host.

has details on setting up your own local CPAN modules - and then you can install CGI::Session into that.
or you could disable session support, and use apache auth.
