The original idea for this installation was a web based access to OpenView's operator instrution interface, which is text based. So the TWiki plain text can be viewed from within OV, and edit form outside with a browser.

Extensions where:

• issue tracking
• machine documentation
• project setup documentation

Overall, it failed:

• machine administrators would not update their instruction database (although they had badly requested it)
• engineers would not really document their issues or setup; if there was documentation, it was "classic" office mailed to mgmt, cf ArgumentsAgainstTWikiOnIntranet

Nice try, but anyway Systor will disappear as of 7 Feb 2003...
