Question

We just setup a new server and are unable to add new users. When we register new users the email is sent to the correct email address but the access code is constantly rejected and the username does not appear in the list of users or in the .htpasswd file. We have no errors in our Configuration page.

Update, we turned off all authentication and can now add users, however the new users do not show up in the Users list.

Hi, there!... Try giving full permissions for the .htpasswd file - it works for me in order to add users (I am trying to find a fix for this one too, as it is ridiculous to give full access - but I think you should step over your problem with this, for the moment; if you find a solution, please let me know - I also posted a few questions).
