Question

We want to use Twiki to create and store an editable online policy and procedure manual. Is this a sensible use of a wiki? It seems our policies and procedures are always evolving and we thought your product might help. What plugins and packages would help us in this regard? Thanks.

Yes. I have been doing this for some time. I have added graphical support and nvigation. A Wiki is an excellent tool.

You might take a look at TopicClassificationAddOn to help you organize your content. It was specifically designed for just this kind of application.
