What about the toc problem generating non unique anchor names in the actual 4.0.2 release?

I've found a lot of articles but there are too old.

• DuplicateHeadingNamesMakeDuplicateAnchors
• TocFailsForIdenticalHeadingNames
• TocUniqueName

Is it necessary to use the TocPlugin?

This is not fixed yet. As a workaround, you can add html comments to the headings. Example:

Headings:

aaa

foo bar 1

aaa

foo bar 2

aaa

foo bar 3
