GMTIME{"format"} -- formatted GM time

$ye 2 digit year 99
$tz either "GMT" (if set to gmtime), or "Local" (if set to servertime) GMT

$rcs RCS format timestamp 2009/07/04 10:34:54
$http E-mail & http format timestamp Sat, 04 Jul 2009 10:34:54 GMT
$epoch Number of seconds since 00:00 on 1st January, 1970 1246703694
