General

In general, Internet Explorer (on Macintosh) works fine with TWiki except for some issues in specific versions, and generic issues which apply to all browsers -- see BrowserIssues.

IE 5.1

Selected Features

Problems

  • It appears that the Mac IE5.1 has a 32K limit on editing text which means that it will not load the entire text of a topic for editing if the topic is larger than this limit. See EditNotLoadingEntireTopic.

IE 5.2

Selected Features

Same as IE 5.1, AFAIK

Problems

  • Problem of 32K limit on editing text still present in IE 5.2. frown -- LynnwoodBrown - 17 Jul 2002
