I am trying to install according to the cygwin cookbook and WindowsInstallCookbook and I have tried al the options below and I still get the problems. Any other options? I am on Win2K? , apache 1.3.7 ,Twiki 20011201- TWiki version:

. I ended up changing allsorts of permission and eventually things tarted to work.
