Realized improvements of BetterMore

The table in BetterMore has been split up. This part lists the features that have been realized for CairoRelease:

Changed [Clear all checkboxes] button to: [Select all] [Clear] checkboxes of referenced topics 100% 100% CairoRelease
Other more page enhancements
Separate "Child topics in %WEB% web" out of "Ref-by" into its own bullet 100% 100% CairoRelease
Show "No child topics" in case of no child topics 100% 100% CairoRelease
