Bug: New user entries in the recent changes list do not have their email addresses spamblocked.

If you go to the user's page the email addresses are (trivially) spamblocked, but they show up in plain text on the recent changes list.

The site "robots.txt" does not stop search engines from indexing the WebChanges pages. (You can't stop hostile robots anyway.) A quick check shows Google last indexed WebChanges on Oct 4, complete with a bunch of email addresses.
