The following were used in conjunction with MartinsInstallOnIIS. See Caveats on that page. Feel free to refactor.

Check-in by different person causes revision ? Subsequent edit and check-in by a different person causes a new version to be created
Check-in after 1 hr causes new revision Y  
Check-in of text attachment works Y Check in a text file. Then, alter the text file and check it in again. View the revisions by clicking on the 'action' view and looking at the second table, ensure that your versions have appeared.
Check-in of binary attachment works Y - fix to be documented  
View previous topic version works Y N.B. current version requires CTRL-Refresh if updated in same session

All tests in testenv.pl work without showing errors
