Since no password is necessary, when prompted for it, press the 'Enter' key.

Next type: 

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.pdoc.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/pdoc co pdoc-live

When the download is complete, enter the pdoc directory and type: 

perl Makefile.PL
make
make install
