TWiki Webcolors

Now that PatternSkin is ready for release, I would like to have a look at the colors TWiki.org is using. Some webcolors are pretty rough (Plugins and Support web notably), and don't fit nicely with PatternSkin, and probably not with any skin.

I realize that use of colors is part of TWikiBrand, and that we should take this more into depth for DakarRelease, but I thought we could make one quick gain by slightly adjusting the color scheme now.

Actually, I found out it is really hard. Because the WEBBGCOLOR is used in search results, in the default skin's top bar and in the site map, each with black text on a light color. While the design begs for more solid, darker colors, this is not possible unless we want unreadable texts. So my effort has been in finding a balance in the colors already present.

No great shock with my proposed scheme, probably:

Main: #FFEFA6
TWiki: #FFD8AA
Codev: #F9D1C9
Plugins: #E3E9A5
Sandbox: #E0E3E7
Support: #B9DAFF
Wikilearn: #FFFED5

Compare with the current colors.

This is a small change to do, and it can even be done before Cairo is released.

Nice colors, small change, go for it. Also for the distro.

Both are done.
