yes, last time we looked into it, it was the CPU limiting of sourceforge's apache settings kicking in. I've implemented similar settings on ntwiki, and now it happens there too

• when ntwiki apache's RLimitCPU? is set to 30 seconds, you get an Internal Server Error
• when I remove the Limit, my browser waits for ages, then starts to render, and then goes to 100%. about 2 minutes later, it comes good, 3701 topics in Codev takes a bit to find & render..

so Yes, its a scalibility issue

Apparently this happens to all topics including %SEARCH{web="Main" ...}%, i. e. TWikiUserGroupsInGermany. Is there an estimate for a minimum RLimitCPU? for TWikiOrg? ?
