Performance Issue of TWiki 4.0.0

TWikiRelease04x00x00 is slow due to a small implementation error in the USERINFO variable.

Please apply USERINFO patch, userinfo.patch.txt on twiki/lib/TWiki.pm. This will speed up TWiki considerably. If you need help see HowToApplyPatch.
