Scope

This is analgous to PluginsApiPolicies

The policy defined here should state what a TWikiApplication author can rely on between TWiki releases. I guess that means:

  1. What aspects of TML they should be able to rely on (including semantics)
  2. What aspects of default skin architecture they should be able to rely on
  3. What aspects of the default shipped environment they can rely on (pre-installed components etc)
Note that a policy needs to be independent of specifics i.e. we are not interested in whether the DangerousSportsPlugin will support the %BUNGEE% tag; just in what the policy is for the longevity of plugins and their options.

I'm leaving this otherwise blank, so that I don't accidentally start any wars by imposing my thinking. Please feel free to delete this section when you have some content.
