CLOSED: UPDATING TO TWIKI DOCS (STARTED)

Upgrading TWiki is quite confortable now, as the TWiki web can be blindly replaced with the new version, except for the TWikiWebsTable topic.

So, I think the TWikiWebsTable topic should be moved into Main, and out of TWiki...

This has been done. The TWiki04x02.SiteMap gets now updated automatically based on SITEMAPLIST, SITEMAPWHAT and SITEMAPUSETO preferences variables in the WebPreferences of each web.

For upgrade notes: Remove the TWiki.TWikiWebsTable topic, no longer needed.
