Bug: ChangePassword link in NewUserTemplate is incorrect

NewUserTemplate is using ChangePassword as WikiWord, which seems correct when you check the template but becomes incorrect in User page : it will point to Main/ChangePassword, instead of TWiki/ChangePassword (in a standard installation).

To fix the problem, you just need to prefix ChangePassword with %TWIKIWEB%
