The TOC links on the included doc are busted. For example clicking on 'Notes for end users' sends the browser to http://develop.twiki.org/~develop/cgi-bin/view/TWiki/?CGISESSID=6fbaa454c94ead5a41089e82d7081fc8#Notes_for_end_users instead of http://develop.twiki.org/~develop/cgi-bin/view/TWiki/DakarReleaseNotes#Notes_for_end_users

I changed the include to include the raw text, TOC and variables are now correct.

The TWikiUpgradeGuide link is broken. Correct page?
