The original C2.com Wiki has a lot of ExtremeProgramming information, as do other wikis - now that InterWikis is enabled on twiki.org, you can link directly to pages such as Wiki:ExtremeProgramming . From what I can make out, Wiki evolved at roughly the same time as Extreme Programming, in a collaboration between Wiki:WardCunningham and Wiki:KentBeck .
