  • Watch out for form-within-form problem. One can always place a search from outside of the main form on a topic so that submit goes to the search, not the main topic.
  • Variable expansion is very subtle. You cannot probably not set a variable to a search, but you can include a topic containing the same search.
  • You can search for multiple hits on one page with a multiple="on" TWikiSearch
  • Search does not support skins for result page
