Old WebForm Features

OLD WORKFLOW: The following is using the old WebForm workflow. We are now using ChangeProposals. Forms for creating new topics should have been removed. See WebCreateNewTopic for alternate forms.

Any topics listed here in dynamic tables will need to be converted from WebForm to the new ChangeProposalForm if you want to propose them for a release. Please read the preferred method to use for conversion.

Note:

Use one topic for each feature.
The field AssignedToCore should be filled in, otherwise there's no one to take this into the core code
A topic should be moved to FeatureUnderConstruction once the implementation started.
If you have enhancement requests add them to FeatureEnhancementRequests.

I suspect lots of these should really be set to FeatureEnhancementRequest or FeatureBrainstorming. In any case we should look to get AssignedToCore filled in at an early stage of a feature, so people feel that their hard work can make it into the core code.
